Entering the village implies full acceptance of these rules. The topics below are organised into expandable sections for quick reference.

  • Minimum stay: 7 nights.
  • Arrival/departure days: Saturday or Sunday.
  • Key handover on arrival: 17:00–20:00.
  • Key return on departure: by 10:00 on the last rental day.
  • The rules are attached to every booking confirmation and form part of the contract: entering the village means fully accepting and complying with them.
  • Management may update the rules with additional measures to ensure smooth village operations.
  • “Client”: holder of the accommodation unit. “Guest” or “Visitor”: anyone who regularly accesses the village. “Management” and “Reception”: represent the village ownership.
  • All guests must wear the identification wristband for the entire stay.
  • Gates to the village and pools are controlled by badge cards.
  • Without the wristband it is forbidden to access any village service or facility.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for each unit is not permitted. Infants under 18 months count as accommodated guests.

  • Minors are admitted only if accompanied by adults for the entire stay.
  • If undeclared guests are found, the Client must pay for their stay starting from the day they arrived.
  • Temporary guests (1 or more nights): prior authorisation from Management, within the maximum capacity. The Client accompanies them to Reception for registration, wristband and payment of the overnight fee (valid until 10:00 on departure day). Departing after 10:00 requires the day visitor fee.
  • Day visitors (09:00–23:00): prior authorisation, document registration and wristband at Reception; up to 5 visitors per day per accommodation.
  • Short visits (at Management’s discretion): pedestrian access for up to 1 hour between 09:00 and 19:00; beyond 1 hour the day visitor fee applies. No free visits on Saturdays or public holidays.
  • Only one vehicle per unit, pass on display, parked in the assigned space (mobile homes/apartments) or near the occupied bungalow.
  • Second vehicle: subject to availability and for a fee; park in the designated areas. Vehicles without a pass incur a penalty.
  • Motorbikes and similar vehicles: circulation is forbidden; park at the entrance or push them by hand to the unit.
  • Other vehicles (bicycles, scooters, etc.) must comply with the Highway Code.
  • Electric vehicles such as e-scooters and hoverboards: circulation is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed inside the village.

Quiet hours every day: 23:00–07:00 and 13:00–15:00.

  • It is forbidden to light fires, candles, open flames, grills or barbecues outside the designated areas.
  • Only the village’s charcoal grills may be used in the dedicated areas, avoiding bothersome smoke and damage.
  • Leave the barbecue areas clean after use.
  • The unit must be vacated by 10:00 on departure day.
  • The security deposit is refunded after inspection of the unit, which must be free of people and belongings.
  • Inform Management of any early departure.
  • Leave kitchen and bathroom clean (dishes and rubbish are the guest’s responsibility); otherwise a €40 fee for final cleaning will be charged at check-out.
  • Do not remove or modify the accommodation furnishings on your own.
  • For requests or emergencies contact Reception or the maintenance staff.
  • Each beach umbrella matches the number of the accommodation unit.
  • Do not hang towels, set up tents or bring your own equipment: only village equipment is allowed.
  • The beach area is smoking free: smoking is allowed only in the dedicated zones.
  • Access for guests aged 16+; younger guests only with a responsible adult.
  • Wear sports clothing with a T-shirt and clean trainers.
  • Collect the keys at Reception between 08:00–20:00 and return them immediately after use.
  • Towels are not provided: bring a personal towel to place on the equipment and clean it with the paper and sanitiser supplied.

At the beginning and end of the season some services or activities may be limited or unavailable.

  • The booking guarantees the type of accommodation and the stay period.
  • Requests for specific unit numbers are not binding; Management will do its best to accommodate them.
  • No reduction of the rental cost in case of late arrival or early departure.
  • Village staff are authorised to check people and vehicles.
  • Management may remove unauthorised people or vehicles and expel anyone who does not comply with the rules or causes disturbance/damage.
  • Equipment or vehicles that breach order, peace or safety may be held in custody, with any unauthorised paid services charged to the Client.
  • The rules may be supplemented by additional provisions displayed on site.
